OUR CERAMIC COATING PROCESS
At Fizz Mobile Detailing, we follow a precise process to ensure your ceramic coating is applied properly and delivers long-lasting protection. Every step is done with care to maintain the integrity of your vehicle’s finish.
1. Initial Assessment
We start by inspecting your vehicle’s exterior to identify any surface issues that may need to be addressed before coating. This ensures the coating adheres properly and performs as expected.
2. Paint Correction
If needed, we perform paint correction to remove light scratches, swirl marks, or oxidation. This step helps create a clean, smooth surface for better coating results.
3. Surface Prep & Decontamination
The vehicle is thoroughly washed, clayed, and decontaminated to eliminate any dirt, iron particles, or grease that could interfere with the ceramic bonding process.
4. Ceramic Coating Application
We apply the ceramic coating evenly using manufacturer-recommended methods. This step locks in your vehicle’s finish and creates a hydrophobic, protective layer.
5. Curing & Final Check
After application, the coating is allowed to cure properly. We then do a full inspection to make sure the finish meets our quality standards and the product has been applied correctly.
